Sponsorships

Dear Business Community and Beckford Families,

Beckford Elementary PTA is a non-profit group of parents who work with our business community, parents, teachers, and administrators to provide enrichment programs and events over and above what the school district typically provides.

 

We welcome sponsorships to support the school: your investment allows Beckford Elementary PTA to contribute a portion of the funding needed for students to receive Computer Lab Curriculum (Computers and Instructor), Teachers’ Aides, Physical Education, Gardening, and to support other programs & events. These efforts are made possible by the generous support and involvement of Beckford Charter families and community businesses.

 

Outlined below are various levels of sponsorship opportunities. In addition to the website and social media exposure, sponsors at the top level will be offered direct marketing opportunities at Beckford PTA events, such as Movie Night, Walk-A-Thon and our STEAM Night, as the prevailing regulations and restrictions dictate.

 

 

 

 

In-kind sponsorships include but are not limited to the following: coupons for each child (e.g., Restaurants, Dessert Shops, Arts and crafts, passes to indoor play places, merchandise, gift cards). Or sponsoring a school event with goods or services. (Ex. Bottled Water, Snacks, Photo Booth, or even a DJ for a school dance.)
