Message to Room parents:
- Keep your itemized receipt, when requesting reimbursement if you don’t have the itemized receipt, consider it a donation/gift to the school.
- Pls keep an itemized amount you spent and collected for the entire year, per event/occasion. Templates found on Google Drive.
- We are a ‘all for one’ school, All grade level feasts/parties must be synchronized and equal across the classes if doing grade level events.
- Please be mindful that unnecessary classroom visits may disrupt the student’s learning. Please check with your teacher ahead of time.
- Room parents, you are the buffer between teacher and parents, any parent volunteers should first confirm with you (the room parent) if help is needed.
- Please keep communication to teachers minimal during school hours, and for parent’s questions try to send in one message.
Suggested Donation Amounts:
- Teacher birthdays $10-$15.
- Halloween tent decoration: $5-$10
- holiday gift: $20-$25 (teacher, TA, custodian, supporting staff, office)
- teacher/staff appreciation: $25-$30 (teacher, TA, custodian, supporting staff, office)
- end of year gift: $15-$20 (teacher, TA, custodian, supporting staff, office)
