The L.A.U.S.D. Choices Application window for 2026-2027 enrollment is open from October 1, 2025- November 14, 2025.

Please read the following categories VERY CAREFULLY to ensure that you apply correctly.

• Returning lottery students currently enrolled at Beckford:
  DO NOTHING- your child is still enrolled.
• SIBLINGS of current Beckford LOTTERY students:
  You must apply on time and make sure the name of the Beckford sibling is identified.
  Apply at: apply.lausd.net. This does NOT guarantee that the sibling will be accepted but does give you priority.
• Fifth grade students who will be culminating from Beckford:
  The window applies to your applications for any middle school programs you are interested in.
• Families applying for Gifted Magnets or SAS programs:
  These programs have eligibility requirements that must be met. Refer to the Choices Website for more information.
