Winter Program is here!
You will need only one ticket for your entire family.
This year our winter program will be performed the following four times.
Wednesday, December 13, 2023
- Show starts 8:30 AM (Doors open 8:15AM, Gate opens 8AM)
- Show starts 1:15 PM (Doors open 1:00PM, Gate opens 12:45PM)
Thursday, December 14, 2023
- Show starts 8:30 AM (Doors open 8:15AM, Gate opens 8AM)
- Show starts 1:15 PM (Doors open 1:00PM, Gate opens 12:45PM)
Due to the possibility of overcrowding, each FAMILY will be assigned one show to attend. There will be no limit as to the number of family members that attend, but we ask you to use discretion. Tickets for each show will be color coded and distributed to the students at school. You must have your ticket to enter the show, and your entire party must be present to enter the auditorium. There will be no saving seats.
We will also have a standby line. Once all the families who have tickets to that show are seated and if there is available space, more parents will be admitted to that performance. If you lose your ticket, you will need to go to the standby line. Replacement tickets will not be given.
If your assigned ticket date/time does not work for you, there will be a ticket exchange list in the office. On this list you will write the ticket you currently have, the ticket you need., and your phone number. The office will not be responsible for the management of this list.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. It is important that we do not go over the maximum capacity for our auditorium. We want to ensure that all parents who may have taken time off from work are guaranteed a seat for their assigned performance time, and that our students, staff, and families abide by the law and are always kept safe.
Our students and staff have been working diligently on the program. You are in for a real treat!
On the day of the program...
Our fifth grade will be selling coffee, water, and snacks, so if you want to have your morning cup of coffee and support our fifth grade while waiting in line.
Please do not park in our staff lot. The gates will be locked at 8:05 am and opened at 2:20 pm.
Winter Program Announcements
- The front gate will open at 8:00 am
- Seating begins at 8:15 am
- The show starts promptly at 8:30 am
- The Stand By Line will be seated no earlier that 8:25 am
- You must have your ticket
- All people in your party must be present before entering the auditorium
- You must have your ticket to enter
